You must complete Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent Diploma with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Maths and Physics / diploma subject, then you are eligible for commercial pilot.

If that diploma is equivalent to Class 12 and you have scored 50% marks aggregate than you can go ahead for CPL Training. Refer to DGCA CAR for Air Crew. You can find it on Google. I don't know if other mentors are aware of have told you to go through the CAR(CIVIL AVIATION REQUIREMENTS) which is

yes you are eligible for cpl provided that diploma is equivalent to 12th in PCM, from a recognised university or institute.
