Both the collages are good, i request you to go visit the collages.
meet some student's, past out and new, get some info about collage before joining.

Look for an AICTE/UGC approved preferably NBA accredited institute under a good university with ample laboratory facilities, ambient, good faculty and alumni profile and reputation in service.
