    Yes, you are eligible if your age does not exceed 21 years. If it is over 21 years then it is not possible. Otherwise, you can go forth with your selected course.

    If You're age is not more than 21 at the time of application than yes you are eligible .
    Time gap doesn't matter unless you are exceeding the age limit .
