I completed 4years (3+1 Yr indl. training) Diploma in Tool & Die making in NTTF, Now I want to study B.Tech Part time in Pune

Please guide me in which college I will get admission for Part Time B.Tech because NTTF is not a AICTE approved college & now I wanna study in AICTE approved college, that to in Pune or Karnataka & I wanna Fee structure of That college(If I can't get Part time please tel me about Distance learning).
