I completed B.Com and my IELTS score overall 5 but in reading 4.5 any one college in New Zealand to give me admission.

Sorry, but your IELTS score is not good so you can't be able to apply for admissions in foreign universities. Try giving re-test and try to score a minimum 6.5 bands overall.
