I completed B.Com computers this year & want to pursue MBA from New Zealand. Is experience necessary to get admission?

No need of any experience but you have to take IELTS.

If you work hard and get 6.5 up bands in IELTS then you don't require work experience for admission in New Zealand. Otherwise, you require 2 years of work experience.
