I completed B.Com in 2013, taking an year extra to complete because of back logs. I need job. What extra couses should I do getting good job

Passed in B.Com very low percentage with many backlogs. I know people who are ready to give me job but are qsking me to do some courses but I myself can't decide which course in more valuable in market.
