    NIMCET 2018 Eligibility:
    -Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
    -Candidates must have secured least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scales (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale in case of SC/ ST) in (I) B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time with mathematics /statistics/equivalent subject as one of the subject from a recognized university.
    -Students with BE/B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized university can take the exam.
    -Aspirants who will be appearing for the qualifying examination can also apply for NIMCET-2018. However, such aspirants need to furnish the proof (in the form of a certifi

No. You cannot manually convert CGPA to percentage or vice-versa to qualify. If your university uses a 10-point scale, a 6.5 CGPA is the minimum requirement for General/OBC candidates.

The NIMCET application edit window usually opens 2-3 days after the last day of application. Historically, it opens for 2 days within which applicants can make any edits in their application if required. Please note that no requests in this regard shall be entertained thereafter.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics/Statistics (Mandatory)/B.E./B.Tech degree from a recognised university. 
Minimum Marks:

  • SC/ST/PwD: 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA.
