I completed B.Sc with 47% marks, but I want to study Master's degree in psychology? Is it possible?

Eligibility Of the Master of Arts [MA] (Psychology) The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelors degree with 50% aggregate score.However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course. How to Get Admission in Master of Arts [MA] (Psychology) For admission in MA Psychology, the most common path goes through entrance exams. Most of the universities accept scores of entrance tests conducted by them. On the other hand there are some institutes that prefer merit basis admissions. Merit Basis Admissions are offered to candidates on the basis of their merit in qualifying examination. Some colleges that follow this criteria are Fergusson College Pune, IGNOU and Banasthali University, Jaipur. Entrance Mode For taking admissions in M.A. Psychology, the scores of entrance test conducted by University of Delhi are accepted by Daulat Ram College, Indraprastha College for Women and Zakir Husain College. Students have to go through personal interviews also after clearing the entrance test to get admission into respective course.

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply for a Master's degree in psychology because you don't have minimum grades/percentage which is 55%.

Candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelors Degree programme, but have not passed in all the courses (main/major/subsidiary, etc.) of the first and second years (if the Degree is of 3 years duration) and first, second and third years (if the Degree is of 4 years duration) on the day of applying for the programme are not eligible to apply for any of the Masters Degree programmes offered by the institute. (iii) Candidates who have been declared as failed in the final year examination are not eligible to apply for any of the Masters degree programmes of the institute, unless they pass their Bachelors degree examination on the day of applying for any of the programmes. (v) If a provisionally admitted student fails in the final year of his/her Bachelors degree examination and even if he/she has re-evaluation at the university/college, he/she will not be allowed to continue the programme as the offer of provisional admission stands automatically cancelled on his/her failure in the final year examination.
