I Completed B.tch computers working in civil field but office working like planning and maintaing. i want to change to MNC but how?

I m working in irrelevant field due to personal reasons but now i want to change my career to any field except software and civil . i want to do office works or suggest ant par time program so that i can win in life: 55 % in b.tech and 3 years office experience and administration.
