I completed B.tech(ECE) and interested to do M.sc(any branch).. Is my decision good and which branch is better..??

Yes ,your decision is good . Indian institute of science & research offered various M.sc course & M.SC+P.hd integrated courses for better future prospects.Your b.tech stream is ECE so M.SC electronics / Computer science/ M.SC IT will be best suited for you. but try it to pursue from TOP IISc colleg
