You have problem with English which is evident from your posting and I am worried that your CV and Cover Letter might have mistakes and not good enough to get interview calls. HR people do not call candidates for interview because they hold a degree but because of their CV and Cover Letter. After that its your performance in the interview that will get you a job. Most Indian youth suffer from poor CV and poor or no Cover letter problem. Moreover, most candidates do use a proper or any photograph on their CV due to some unknown notion and very strange misu...more -
