I completed B.Tech in 2016 with 55%. Now, I want to pursue MBA. Is it a right decision? Should I get a job?

Right decision depends upon your interest and your expectation from your life. Of course, MBA is a very good option and might be a very good decision unless and until you have qualities, good and required interpersonal skills, comfortable i.e. public interaction, leadership quality

You can go with distance MBA mainly befits of distance learning while Earning, No need to go Physically Its a proper master degree just like Regular MBA.
