Yes, with two or three year of exp. you can enroll for executive MBA.
Executive MBA will surly give more benefit then MBA.

There is one college in New Delhi called Northwest College for Advanced Learning ,who offers an MBA program along with your job, there is no need to leave your job because they have weekend classes.
The program is from London School of Economics and they have a faculty from Harvard B
