I completed BA II & BA III exam completed by me but result is not get me. last 7 years I am working NGO. so what is the good way getting job

I am 29 Years old & I completed education with ITI (Fitter trade) in Maharshtra. But Now I am in Indore, Madhyapradesh. So what is the good option of further course to get job opportunity.
