    Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET. The NET exam consist of two papers. First paper is common for all the subject on the other hand the second paper of NET is based on the major subject of your post-graduation that you have applied for.     It is purely depends on your in depth knowledge and interest in subject. Once you clear the NET exam, you can join as an assistant professor in any college or university, NET exam is just a gateway, for getting promotions in the hierarchy you have to hold Ph.D. so, keep this in mind and choose the subject.
