I completed Bsc comp-science and have been doing part-time mba IT in addition to working in a reputed IT mnc in support role-2yrs.wat next?
I am looking for options which will supplement my career in IT.Wanted to know if ITIL could help and what more could I add(certification/full-time courses) to make this big considering I want to make IT support as my choice.
