i completed bsccs in very poor knowledge.i want to know which is the best way for my carrear in it industry.

i completed bsccs in five years.i am very poor in computer languages knowledge, so i want to know what is the best way for my carrear in it industry and which courses are needful for me.i want to do somthing special in it industry because i have potential to do something but i am wayless.
