i completed btech around 4yrs ago.Now i want to do any 1 year course which adds value other than my btech degree

i can also suggest you to go for PGDM(Post Graduate Diploma Management), its a one year course is not an MBA but it gives you the edge controlling your assets and get all the advantages to fit into corporate world because you already have your Btech.
