Hi,
After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience

there is need to have work experience only for executive or part time MBA for correspondence or regular MBA there is no need to have work experience , for take admission in top MBA colleges you have to give entrance test like MAT , CAT

Well work-experience is not mandatory to get admission in MBA. It's just that it is given weightage, around 3 to 6%.

1. Appear for entrance test like CAT for IIMs, IITs, FMS or XAT for XLRI etc
2. If you qualify i.e. have score above cutoff, you will be called for G
