I completed by 12th in 2010 and joined engineering. I could not complete by UG because of the arrears. Can I do my UG again in Ireland?

Hello Sam, You have completed your 12th on 2010 and now in 2017 you want go to Ireland for doing engineering. Right? The concerned University in Ireland is bound to ask as to what you did in all these 7 years,? If you can satisfy then surely yes!
