I completed class 12th in 2013. Now, I am 23 years old. I want to do BBA. Can I get admission in any good college?

The major problem is a gap of 5 years. During that period, were you working somewhere or not? If you are working during that time then you have a benefit of gap.

You have 5 years of gap. So, getting admission through entrance exam is impossible because college allows a maximum year gap of 2 years. So, you have to contact the colleges directly and tell them about your condition. There are a few chances that you can get the admission through management quota.
