I completed Diploma in electrical in 2017. I want to do B.Tech, can I do B.Tech through distance?

Hi,
Good to know about your completion of Diploma course. If you want to do B.Tech, you have to attend the college, as there are no such colleges which provide distance course for B.Tech. -

It is very nice indeed to know your desire to go for graduation after completion of your Diploma in engineering. However, UGC has reiterated that professional courses including engineering should not be offered by distance education mode. Hence, I would strongly advise you not to go for it but think of getting leave of absence from employer for three years. Else you can think of any other stream of graduation. Best wishes to you.
