I completed Diploma in Electronics and communication now I wants to go for the higher study's in distance learning mode either BE or B.Tech.

Hello Sakthivel, It's Indeed nice to know that you have completed your Diploma in electronics and communication and now you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering. I would strongly recommend that you should not go for distance education for this. This is so sense professional courses
