I completed ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), My interest is in psychology. So what all are the PG courses I can pursue?

I completed Engineering in ECE. What all are the opportunities I have. My percentage is 60.8% It's quiet low. I am confused about starting my carrier. My interest is in psychology. Can I do MBA later?

After Engineering degree entering in Psychology is the disaster for your career. Please select the career at least some relation with your present qualification. So all your four years efforts won't get wasted.
