    Yes ! Bhargavi You can Study Law as basic requirement to apply is a graduation degree from recognized colleges. Combining your engineering aptitude an Law. You would be sought after by leading IT firms for legal Adviser positions.
    As of now you may want to apply in some good Law colleges of the country
    Faculty of Law DU
    Lovely Professional University
    BHU etc.
