Since you are a graduate you must pursue a masters degree program or a one year PG Certification course. MBA gives you the option to specialize in Finance which will give you entry into financial sector/banks for job. A one year certificate in Finance or a course like CFA also can make your entry into banking possible. ATB! :) -
