Since you are a graduate you must pursue a masters degree program or a one year PG Certification course. MBA gives you the option to specialize in Finance which will give you entry into financial sector/banks for job. A one year certificate in Finance or a course like CFA also can make your entry in

You can pursue courses in banking or even appear for bank exams:
BBA in Banking & Finance
• B.COM in Banking & Finance
