International NGOs are also a preferred destination for many rural managers. -
You can go for HR. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST, and should also have minimum of 50% marks to 55% marks in your Bachelors. Students in an MBA programme with a focus in human resource management can take courses in business strategies and concepts as well as corporate headhunting, benefits analysis, compensation management, and business coaching. Some Good Colleges are: IIMS, Xavier's Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur College.
