Hello,
Yes, you can get admission for the course. You have to give CLAT exam, but if you are a graduate then you are eligible for the 3 year course only. Minimum percentage required in class 12th % is 45% marks.

Yes, you can enroll for the same, as there is no age limit to do such course.
