I completed M.com in 2011 on the basis first BA in 2004. I took admision in B.com in 2010 agin & compltd it in 2013? Is it legal as per ugc?

Sir, I am Ajay. I did BA in 2004 & I started doing job as an accountant assistant. I had experience in accounting so I did M.com from HPU in 2011 & during M.com 4th semester, I took admission in B.com and completed it in 2013. I am planning to do MBA Lateral entey on the basis of M.com. Is it legal?

If your degree was not overlapping with each other. it should be legal. But it will be advisable to not show your B.Com degree while applying for MBA. As there can be no of questions to justify why you went for B.Com after M.com.
