I completed MBA from Periyar University via. Distance mode. Does any of the colleges in Mumbai offer Ph. D full time to students who graduated like me via Distance mode? If not, which foreign university should I apply to if I want to do Ph. D in IT. Am 37 years of age. Please help.

You better go to Mumbai University for Ph.D in Mumbai. There are many more universities in Mumbai for Ph.D.
