I completed MBA in the 2013-2015 batch. How many years will it take to complete B.Ed?

Do I qualify for a scholarship upon applying for the B.Ed programme as I belong to the OBC category? I have completed an MBA.

Irrespective of the prior educational background, such as an MBA, B.Ed normally takes two years to complete.
