i completed medicine in ukraine,,i wish to do a pg or work in singapore.is there any exam or can we diretcly apply.if soo how can i approach

i want to do a pg in singapore and want to know whether is there any exam to get an admission or can i directly apply...i studied in ukraine in a WHO recognised medical college..may i know all the possible ways for getting into pg..or can i work there..may i know any of these possibilities..
