I completed my 10+2 last year wid 62% marks . i took admission in engineering college but did not understand anything . tel me some course

I scored 62% in class 12 last year. even took admission in a engineering college (mechanical) but not able to understand even a single topic tell me some course which i can do and its relevant colleges.
