i completed my 10 class want to join electrical engineering course

Hi Pavan, I would advice you to complete class 12 before you apply for any course abroad to study. Not having class can be a hindrance in future in terms of studies. Also, a good score in 10 and 12 will let you admission into some of the prestigious Universities abroad.
