I completed my 10th and Diploma in plastic technology (3 years) Can I study B.Sc in microbiology or not?

Yes. of course, you are eligible to do B.Sc but your diploma in plastic technology will remain of no use to decide your future in it. If you are willing to change your stream of study, then its okay.
