I completed my 10th in 2006 85% and 12th in 2008 62% i completed my B.E. in CSE.Can u list me, Eligible colleges for MS in CS in Germany?

i would like to know the list of colleges i get according to my eligibility. And i would like to know whether i should give ILETS or TOEFL... and where can i learn certified German in Bangalore? thanks :)
