I completed my 10th in 2014. Am I eligible to join 2nd PUC directly?

I've completed 10th in 2014 (74.28%). After joining Diploma, I discontinued it. Can I join 2nd PUC directly?

Unfortunately, due to the time gap, you cannot pursue 2nd PUC.
