I completed my 10th in Maharashtra and presently studying diploma in EEE in Karnataka.i want to study BE at a good college in Karnataka.

I am in final year of my diploma and my average till 4th sem is 87%. i heard that non- Karnataka students are not eligible for diploma CET in Karnataka but i am studying diploma in eee in karnataka itself . so can you please tell me a procedure to get admitted in a good colleges like RVCE, PESIT.

Please score good marks in Diploma & then apply in Lateral Entry to Degree course. Depending upon your score you will get a good college of your choice.
