LPU allows for diploma holders with a minimum of 60%in aggregate in a three-year engineering diploma course, directly after the 10 th grade, to take lateral entry after qualifying for the LPUNEST entrance test.

LPU is unique in relation to its current curriculum, up to date labs, and placement opportunities, this really helps students to get ahead in their career. University level curriculum with a NAAC A++ and NIRF ranking of 27 university level, just goes to show the quality of education. So

    Hello Arijit,
Yes Lovely Professional University or LPU in short indeed offers lateral entry after completion of diploma. The admissions are effected based on the merit of students who appear for the exam called LPU nest. You need to prepare for this exam and score well so that you will get lateral admission here. Remember that the total number of seats available for lateral admission is much less compared with the seeds of 1st year and hence you need to score well for confirming your seat for lateral admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this exam.
