Yes. You may go for it but make sure that it is a regular one. As regular courses give you more better picture of the course and also, their certificates have strong hold as compared to distance ones. Make sure you have your experience certificate along. Hi Rekha! You can definitely pursue Diploma in hr in regular as well as distance mode. Don't worry. If you don't have time to attend regular classes then just take distance programme from IGNOU. All the best.
