Hello Rohit, Well, it will depend on your definition of drop-out. Universities abroad do accept bright students with a very strong profile. They would be interested to know your activities from 2012 onwards. If you gained work experience it's a plus point. You must also meet the entry requirements

Hello, I would advise you to visit the university websites to get an idea of admission requirements. You are an international student and you must prepare for exams like SAT, IELTS, etc. You can consider few universities in UK like Imperial College – London.
