I completed my 12th last year and preparing for JEE, but haven't got success. I have very low marks in both exams.

You can go for a drop year and prepare well for next years JEE Main exam. If you have given other entrance exams like VITEEE, BITSAT and other entrance exams than you can apply based on those scores. Also look for good state engineering colleges ans their cut offs so that you can apply to those coll

You can go for private engineering colleges. Don't waste your precious time by taking drops again and again.
