i completed my 12th with arts and the subjects are hindi, English, Bekeri, and vocational subjects, am i able to do BBA?

why not
you are capable for BBA
there is advantage in that you done 12 in English , and its good and easy to go for BBA
surely you can do it
no matter that you are from commerce or not , don't think about that
just go for it
