I completed my 12th with (PCM) and want to become a petroleum engineer. What should I do to become a petroleum engineer?

Hello Shubh,
To become a petroleum engineer, all you have to do is choose a good university, if you get admission in IIT/NIT/ DTU well enough, then you are at the right place to learn.
Give you entrance for IIT-JEE / AIEEE and other engineering entrances.
If you wish to seek admission in a private college here is my list of colleges where you can try for Petroleum engineering.
1. University of Technology and Management (UTM, Shillong)
2. UPES
3. DIT University

7 years agoSearch Petroleum University Dehradun admissions. They have made a good name. Besides, you can do a Bachelor degree in Geophysics that is offered by many govt universities as well.
