i completed my 1yr &2yr in Kerala university but i discontinued my studies any option for lateral entry in degree course in other universit

No, I don;t think so. However you may do it throgh distance education as some university may allow laterla entry. But you will have to find that. Try speaking to IGNOU or Karnataka State Open Univ.
