I completed my 2nd yr b.a from du (sol).2012.in 2013 i didnt paid the fees.so i got 1 yr gap.can i continue my b.a programme

No its not possible that you can continue your B.A program and the solution is to have to do your bachelors again but i would prefer you to do diploma in any course related to your interest. and if you have good score in 12th then there are some universities like Lovely university which offers hands
