Yes of course, you will get a good job in pharma industries after doing MBA through distance learning.
As you are a B.Pharma student, it is good for you to do MBA in pharmacy.

MBA in pharmacy is a better option to pursue than normal MBA as you have already gained basic knowledge of Pharmacy in graduation like Drug Marketing, Manufacturing, production management, Pharmaceuticals Management, Pharmaceutical Marketing etc.

It is very much dependent on your career aspirations. Since you have a background in Pharma, if that interests you, go ahead with Pharma MBA.

I would suggest you to go for MBA rather than Pharma. MBA reasons are as follows-
Wide scope to expertise your skills along different fields
Easier to switch between roles and companies as you have a generalized MBA.
You can always go back to any Pharma company in Marketing, operation, Finance because they prefer General MBA.
Learning experience which can support you through your career and add more competitive skills. Hope it helps.

Distance Learning programs are most suitable when you have a good number of years of service; but not having formal management qualifications. In that case, the Distance learning adds to your conceptual understanding. For learning management towards building career, nothing like full-time MBA/PGDM - pharma and healthcare. As a pharmacist, you have domain knowledge. The MBA- Pharma gives you understanding, expertise and insight of business. That is what the industry looks for.
