I completed my b.pharmacy in 5 years with 70% instead of four years and i have some backlogs,am i eligible to do ms in pharmacy in usa?

I completed my b.pharm with 70% in 5 years instead of 4 years,with some backlogs am i eligible to do ms in pharmacy in usa,if so will these effect to get admission into the colleges?
