I completed my B.Sc with 47.5% & Praveen Degree in Prachar Sabha. Am I eligible to pursue B.Ed in Hindi from Girija?

If you belong to any category other than general category, you can apply for it. Otherwise, your percentage in B.Sc is not enough to apply for B.Ed.
